PC offers custom artworks that go beyond aesthetics—they become treasured heirlooms, passed down through generations. Whether it's a portrait, landscape, or architectural piece, each creation is crafted with care and attention to detail.

How It Works:

  • Choose your reference photos.
  • Discuss the details – We'll talk about the size, composition, pricing, and any specific requests you may have.
  • Deposit  - A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin the artwork.
  • Work in progress updates – Photos will be sent during the painting process to ensure you are happy with the direction.
  • Final approval – Once the piece is finished, a high-resolution photo will be sent for your final approval.
  • Delivery and balance – The final payment is made prior to delivery.

  • Head and Shoulders: R7,000 (35x45cm / 40x50cm)
  • Half Figure (No Hands): R7,500 (40x50cm)
  • Half Figure (With Hands): R9,000 - R9,700 (50x60cm / 60x70cm)
  • Additional subjects: +70% per person
  • Black & White Photos: +30% to base price
  • Local deliveries within Cape Town are free. Prices include framing, shipping, and insurance.

The Process:

PC primarily works from photographs, preferring to capture the essence of the subject using natural, strong lighting, ideally with high contrast (including shadows and light). For best results, please provide high-quality reference photos.

Each portrait is crafted with attention to both the subject and background, aiming for a balanced composition that delivers a timeless and artistic feel.

 Additional Information:

  • Please ensure that the photos you provide are not copyrighted and that you have full permission from the individuals in the photo, as well as the photographer, to use the images for the artwork.
  • The artwork remains the copyright property of PC until full payment is made.
  • PC reserves the right to use images of the artwork, or photos taken during the creation process, on his website or social media as part of his portfolio. These images will only be shared after the client has received the artwork to avoid spoiling surprises for special gifts.
  • Each commissioned artwork comes with a minimalist 40x6mm stained meranti hardwood frame, featuring a 3mm recessed shadow line for a sleek, modern finish.
