Refund policy

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Damaged items: Notify PC within 7 days, including photos of the damage, to receive either a refund or replacement.

 

• Changed your mind: Items may be returned within 7 days (return shipping at the customer’s expense) in their original packaging for a refund (excluding initial shipping costs).

 

• Lost in transit: If a package does not arrive, please contact PC within 24hours of delivery date. The customer is entitled to a refund or a replacement, once courier have confirmed that the items was lost.
